Vacancy & Eligibility Details for AGM (Law) Post
HCL is in need for one qualified candidate for the AGM (Law) position. The role qualification is Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB or 5-year integrated course) along with a minimum of 14 years of relevant experience in the field. Candidates with an LLM degree will have an extra advantage. The job work is handling court cases, arbitration proceedings, drafting legal documents, and ensuring corporate compliance as per the company policies.The maximum age limit for applicants is 52 years as of 1 May 2025. Government/PSU employees must have at least 2 years of experience in the E5 grade or equivalent, while private sector candidates must show proof of a minimum gross salary of ₹1,47,600 per month. Persons with disabilities (Pw BD) having 40% or more disability are also eligible to apply for these posts .

Selection Process & Important Conditions
The selection for the AGM (Law) position will be based on a personal interview. HCL will shortlist candidates in a 1:5 ratio, meaning five applicants will be called for each available post in interview. The interview carries minimum qualifying marks of 50%, and additional weightage may be given for higher qualifications and extra experience found in candidate.
